Position: Home Sales Associate

Warman Home Centre is looking to add a Sales Associate to our busy home building material center.

Our Sales Associates deliver a high standard of cost estimating and sales services to our customers/contractors for all their home building needs. The selected candidate will assist in these efforts by providing exceptional product knowledge and customer service, with the goal of growing and strengthening our existing clientele.

Position Requirements:

· Minimum 3 yrs of home construction, building materials industry trends, specifications and product knowledge and experience.

· Understanding of cost estimating such as ability to read blueprints; etc.

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

· Above average mathematical skills required

· General computer knowledge – such as Word, Excel, Outlook

· Be adaptable, organized, and efficient

· Agriculture background/experience would be an advantage

· Committed to quality customer service with an eye for detail

Ability to work some Saturdays and Statutory holidays on a rotational basis.
